Describe your network topology.

If you are using SIP, have you pointed ports 5060 UDP & TCP and port range 10000:20000 UDP through your router to the Vicidial server?

If you are using SIP, and you have a ROUTER at the Vicidial location another ROUTER at the agent location, you have a problem. Technically SIP cannot handle that (commonly referred to as "Double NATting").

Some "cool" routers have been created to handle that, but they are interesting to configure. VPN has also been known to resolve the issue.

But easier than both: use IAX instead (Zoiper or KIAX).
