pop up form when u have inbound calls

First of all thank you very much for developing this project.
My current version is :

GoAutoDial CE 2.1
Vicidial SVN 2.4-309a BUILD: 110430-1642
Asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici
CentOS 5.6
Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

I created successfully some custom fields which I want to use instead of the default form. When I create an outbound campaign ,the custom field I wanna use , pops up when I am calling someone,which is correct. But the problem is when I create an inbound campaign(when someone calling me-my form).The custom field is not popping up in the form area.I get 'ERROR: no custom list fields table'. I know that the custom field is in the database as custom_<id num> . But is not popping up. Any ideas?

Do you have the list_id for the DID/Ingroup set to a list with a custom field table? (what list are the inbound callers being added to?)
