Need Assistance for Inbound config

Hi,
I would like to know how to config Inbound call in goauto dial , Im using manual dialing for outbound .


Same I would like to do for inbound Senior is :


Call land on vicidial and transfer to an extension which is free , if not it will move it to next available extension .


Any how to would be appreciated . Looking forward for your kind response.

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

What you wish to do is not in "GoAutoDial" (GoAutoDial is the INSTALLER). The VICIDIAL version you have is important in determining the capabilities of your system. There is a new feature called "on-hook agent". This may require an upgrade to the latest Developer version.
