Hi,

We setup blended call. Inbound is working fine but outbound wont work.

Attached here the CLI of the outbound call:

== Starting Local/8600051@default-6765,1 at default,12088501112,1 failed so falling back to exten 's'
== Starting Local/8600051@default-6765,1 at default,s,1 still failed so falling back to context 'default'
-- Sent into invalid extension 's' in context 'default' on Local/8600051@default-6765,1
-- Executing [i@default:1] Playback("Local/8600051@default-6765,1", "invalid") in new stack
-- <Local/8600051@default-6765,1> Playing 'invalid' (language 'en')

== Auto fallthrough, channel 'Local/8600051@default-6765,1' status is 'UNKNOWN'
-- Executing [h@default:1] DeadAGI("Local/8600051@default-6765,1", "agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log--HVcauses--PRI-----NODEBUG-----0---------------") in new stack
-- AGI Script agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log--HVcauses ... ---------- completed, returning 0
== Spawn extension (default, 8600051, 1) exited non-zero on 'Local/8600051@default-6765,2'
-- Executing [h@default:1] DeadAGI("Local/8600051@default-6765,2", "agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log--HVcauses--PRI-----NODEBUG-----0---------------") in new stack

Do you have OUTBOUND working at all? (Blended is nice, don't get me wrong, but baby steps! One thing at a time! LOL)
Starting Local/8600051@default-6765,1 at default,12088501112,1 failed so falling back to exten 's'

This is not a "blended" call. This is a manual dial from a logged in agent.

Where are you in the manual? (the Vicidial Manager's Manual, from EFLO.net ...?) Have you completed all the steps from the beginning?

sorry its my bad..that's not a blended setup. Its inbound setup, if the agent logged in the inbound campaign and make manual dial. Call wont push through. Is any possible solution to fix this kind of issue.

sorry, i have no idea what you just said. but i did ask where you are in the Vicidial Manager's Manual. It's on EFLO.net, follow the instructions implicitly, don't skip anything. When you get to the end everything will be working. If you bump into a problem, tell us where you are and we'll help you. But if you skip something ... the help will be "go back and don't skip that". That's why The Vicidial Group created the manual. It's a great framework to get everyone to "functional".
