Enforce Agent Only Scheduled Call Backs

I want to enforce a rule that whenever any agent schedule a call back, it automatically scheduled/saved as his callback. I know Agent only callbacks are not dialed automatically and thats fine.

I tried removing the Schedule Call Back and only allowed Agent Only Call back, but in that case, the system didn't allow the agent to schedule the call back. The call back was saved, but without any additional information like proposed call back time, comments etc.

so you want to require a date/time for callbacks, not just allow callback to be chosen without date and time?

did you also want to "default" to a specific future time for callbacks to be scheduled? (1 hour? tomorrow at the same time?)

feature request? (for VICIDIAL, not GoAutoDial, the installer?) Perhaps this could be posted under Features instead of GoAutoDial? 8-) Would you like me to move it?

hmm, well in that case, I think I should change the php files and hard code the agent only call back feature. but thn I need to manually add some stuff and filter to check it works only on the specific users not all users...

OR you could sponsor a feature request and have it done RIGHT and be upgradeable forever. Cost - effectiveness can also be measured in how few hours YOU have to deal with it (unless you got nothin' but time ...)
