Real-Time Main Report in New GoAutodial CE 2.1

New Installed GoAutodial CE 2.1 ISO | VERSION: 2.4-309a BUILD: 110430-1642 | Single Box | No additional hardware
Can you help me where I could enable the "Agent Name" under Real-Time Main Report
It only shows the SessionID see below details:

Also the the "Show Phones" doesn't show in reports
+ VIEW MORE VIEW USER GROUP SHOW SERVER INFO HIDE WAITING CALLS SHOW IN-GROUP STATS SHOW PHONES SHOW CUSTPHONES
On GoAutodial CE 2.0 real-time report shows the agent's name and agent's phone.
Need this badly for training and monitoring specific agent purposes.

To view the agent names go into the agent settings (for the user viewing the realtime screen) and set Block Realtime Block User Info to 0

All my agents are Block Realtime Block User Info to 0
But I cant see username and userID

you need to this for the user for whom you have set the userlevel 7,8,9 and realtime report view access.
not for the agents.

U need to set ADMIN user accnt as realtime_block_user_info to 0.

HI,
Quick explanation...!!!
Here if you want to view the agent names on real time screen, please follow the below procedure.
* Goto user account modification window and set Real time Block User Info = 1 for all the user accounts which are in level 0,1,2,3,4,5,6.
* Set Real time Block User Info = 0 for user accounts which are in the level of 7,8,9.
Do it and definitely you will get the solution for this issue.

i am sorry to hijack this post, please forgive..
i have Go Auto Dial -VERSION: 2.4-309a
BUILD: 110430-1642
When i access the Agent performance report in reports section, Time is in hh:mm:ss format, whereas Pause Avg is in mm:ss..
Is there a way to have both the times in secs or atleast in hh:mm:ss.....and how can we get this report in excel because Export calls report is at the Agent level but we want a queue level report..
Need help badly...

Sandeep,
Welcome to the Party!
1) If your version of Vicidial does not have a "download" button for CSV in reports, be sure you have given your user enough rights to download. If you have already done so, it may not be possible in your version.
2) Your version of Vicidial is fairly old (2.4!). Since then a full release has occurred (2.7) and there was an interim (2.6) which never really released. Most new users are presently working on 2.8 (which is stable but still in development). Later versions tend to have a download link in almost all reports.
3) FYI (technicality): You listed your software as "goautodial version ..." when actually, you are using either Goautodial 2.0 or 2.1 and VICIDIAL version 2.4-309a Build 110430-1642. Vicidial is the dialer software, goautodial is an "installer" for Vicidial. There is another installer (Vicibox.com is the recommended installer).
4) To upgrade, you can use the goautodial wiki which may allow you to move up to goautodial 3.0 (I've not heard anyone say it didn't work, so you've got pretty good odds there). But if you want to find out if the upgrade is worth it (ie: will it fix your problems) it is a GREAT idea to install Vicibox in a sandbox server (either a spare workstation you're not using or a virtual server) so you can test the functionality.
5) ANY form of upgrade should ALWAYS include a backup!! Please have a look at the normal backup methods for Vicidial (there is a provided script!) and be sure to verify your Database is actually backed up and the data is confirmed on another server before you do anything to your running server (I recommend restoring the DB on a virtual server and being sure it actually loads ...). This, by the way, would also be a great way to upgrade your DB into a virtual server and see how YOUR DATA works in the new system without any risk to your running server.
6) Be sure to ask questions and scour these forum posts for help with any of this.

Agent dialer? Admin dialer? If this is a multi-server installation and you have different logins, they have different databases. If, however, they share the database and the credentials are also shared ... but you see different things on different servers ... it is possible that (a) you are on a "report server" with different functionality and available reports (custom, have to ask the guy that built it) or (b) clustering was done incorrectly (broken system). I'm sure there are other possibilities, but those are what I have thought of right now.

There is no "version 3.0" of Vicidial. Goautodial 2.0,2.1,3.0 are "installers" for Vicidial. Vicidial is the dialer software. If you're still unclear about this. have a look at Vicibox.com. Install that on a virtual machine. It also installs Vicidial, but without the "Goautodial" stuff in the way. But the same actual dialer/call center software.
If you have a question of how to accomplish a task in Vicidial ... the Vicidial version is quite useful. LOL
Then there's the next question: Outbound dialing has to be Enabled. Disabling it is easy: Don't turn it on. Once you've turned it on, you can kill it by removing the leads, "deactivating" the carrier, changing the campaigns to "manual" ... all sorts of ways. But the reason you want to disable it often helps to determine the best way to do so.
So the question is: WHY do you want to disable outbound dialing? Trying to stop agents from dialing out on their phones (only allowing dialing through logging in to a campaign) is quite different from turning the system off at night to be sure you don't get hacked.

Thank you William for sharing the knowledge base, i am new to this you see....
I have one more question for you..When Agent 1 transfers a call to Agent 2 which is in a diff.campaign, status for Agent 2 reflects as pause whereas Agent 2 is on a live call..
How to rectify that??? Also if a call is in wait, i do not see the phn no. of the customer in the Ream time_Mail report..
Any ideas??
