Bifurcation NA status into Ringing and Switch off number

Hi

Iam using Goautodial 2.0 for domestic callcenter . Can we bifurcate the switch off number , Not reachable number , Not answering number Not valid number into different status instead of NA status in Dial Method Ratio
Any help would be highly apprecitable

Bifurcate - now that's a word you don't hear everyday. 8)

You might need to look into the Sangoma Call Progress Analyzer/Detection (CPD) integration with Vicidial. This can "bifurcate" the different dial statuses to their designated ones aside from NA.

CPD is software. not related to a "card".

CPD is licence base or free ????

Sangoma CPD is a SIP proxy and it is licensed per channel. Contact sales@vicidial.com for a quote.
