Webphone Setup

HI, I'm newbie. I did install the whole goautodial setup. All is working well.

I want to try the webphone feature. I tried the to check the posts here about webphone. But I admit I'm kinda lost somewhere. lols

Do we have an instructions on how to set the webphone using zoiper/

Any Help? Thanks a lot.

if you check the posts you'll likely find it. also, have you read the Vicidial Manager's Manual? (on EFLO.net)

But remember that the webphone is not Free. Those phones are licensed.

Anyone Successfully integrated it and using it ?

A dialer called CONTAQUE uses it I guess as WEB PHONE !!

Zoiper webphone is actually built in to vicibox, you just have to buy the license and configure it.

I got it working. Well this is way better.
Zoiper License it quite expensive.

Keep in mind that the zoiper web license is for an unlimited number of instances, and it never expires.

Thanks for the info mflorell..

For sure acquiring zoiper license will be a good investment for
bigger call centers...

Hey, I didn't know that. That's not so bad for a one-time investment. Considering what it does.
