Agent View

I can see the Agent View on the agent screen but Don't see any entry in that frame even when I have 2-3 agents Logged in. Why so ?
Also, Gardo , I saw One CHAT folder in GoautoDial 2.1 version.
Whats is that all about ?

Permission in sense ?
How to set that Permissions ?
User level more than 6 ? I.e 7 or 8 ?

turn on all the permission options under Modify User for the logged in user and see if you get lucky. Can't hurt.
Then try the "OLD UGLY" interface (which may be in a different folder ... ) and see if it works there.
