Autodial a Security list

Hello, I'm lookinkg for an autodial able to connect an agent to the first available body on the list within 30 secondes. The agent will call a phone number with is cell phone, the system will recognize the callerID and start to dial is own list of number, as soon as the system find a live person on the list, the system will bridge him with the agent.
is it possible?

possible, but custom.

should the agent have a screen interface to track these calls or "just call and hangup and call ..." blindly (never call "answers" again, or just NO recycling?)
