SoftPhone HANGS up when Agent Clicks on HANG UP in the screen

Cant make out why its happening ?

My server got 2 Lan Cards , One for WAN and Another for LAN.

I use Xlite and also Tried Eyebeam but same issues.

Wow. That's weird. How about asterisk CLI from agent login and hangup moments. You may also consider turning on agi debug in the asterisk interface which may have pertinent information.

And this is something YOU have seen happen? (they are pushing the hangup button at the top ... not in the show conference section at the bottom ... right? It's the HANGUP CUSTOMER button ... not just the hangup button ...)

Exactly.

COLORED HANG UP BUTTON ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE AGENT SCREEN.

After they press Hang Up, call in Eyebeam gets hang up also and agent gets into the pause mode.

CLI Doesn't show anything extra. Still let me pull it out.

One change which I did was I delete the Phone Entries which gets created by default and made the as cc101 and etc ..

Can that be the reason ?

Also I noticed 2 things :

1) When I make a manual call and Click on Hang Up, SoftPhone DOESN'T get Hang Up.

2) When I am the Only person on the dialer as an agent, and when I am on Pause Mode and Dial a MANUAL CALL, I see in CLI dialing few numbers .. How come ? It shld have dialed Only 1 number ?

I tested this one on the test server i'm currently using with the vici version below:

VERSION: 2.7-370c BUILD: 130508-2255

First, i left the $volumecontrol_active set to the default value which is '1' and it didn't hang up my soft phone after I click the hang up button. But when I set it to '0', the issue posted by gmcust3 occurs.

Post your installation method. Could be important. Does your Asterisk version match the setting in admin->servers?
