HI, guys please help. i encounter this problem and we cant make a call.

But the username and password they give is correct, infact i can login to the portal site they give to me.

the human user/pass is never the sip registration user/pass. contact your provider (or wander the site) to see how to use up a sip user/pass or if they require ip authentication
