Anyone has an idea on how to retrieve the drop calls (inbound) that is showing on real-time monitoring so that i can manually export it as a report and agents can dial it manually.
GoAutoDial CE 2.1 from .iso | Vicidial 2.4-309a Build 110430-1642 | Asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation

go to Reports --> Export Calls Report --> Select Date Range / Campaigns / Lists / Statuses (DROP) --> Submit and open with excel and reload it to new list for manual dialing...

I already did that and it is not showing though, i think that is mainly outbound, although inbound call disposed by agent is also displayed here, what i need is the dialer or system triggered and disposed as drop that is visible as a count in the real-time monitoring wherein the customer decided to hangup during the queue.
Thanks
