its not going to be running a bunch of people so it works right now anyway...

we cannot get through our router to connect to the system from a soft phone so we can dial out from some place other then at the site. we can get the soft phone to register on the LAN but still cannot dial out or even open the agent log in.

when we port scan our router it says all the required ports are open, but we still cannot get to the dial out portion we have scoured the vicidial forums for a solution and i have made previous post thinking that the soft phone was the problem. we have changed the stock internal ip to a different ip so we can port foreward the router. the error we get is that there are no available sessions, every fix we have tried has not worked.
we recently scratched the original instal so we can start fresh.

****since i posted this i was able to get into a campaign test, but it said that there was a syncronization problem with the server and then wouldnt let me go in. i still have not been able to dial a single number.

CAN ANYONE help please!! if it comes right down to it we will have to pay for some one to expertly configure the system but we really cannot afford it with the rest of the expenses with starting a bis any information would be awesome. even a suggestion of who would be able to solve the problem professionally and with out issue. we are set to go live starting friday and i am having a tech come out from our internet provider to make sure it isnt the router that is causing the problem. if you have any solutions please please make a post and let me know. i consider myself and my associates to be knoledgeable about the system and we have gone through every config file in both astrisk and vicidial and most of the config files in apache to solve the problem and have not found a solution.
