Postby kashutu » Sat Sep 24, 2011 10:22 am

Hi,
Goautodial CE 2.0
VERSION: 2.2.1-237
BUILD: 100510-2015

I am unable to hear 'you are the only person in the conference' when i try to log in agent on Goautodial. My softphone does rings and i answer it. But i cannot hear the lady saying you are the only person in the conference. Then when i try to dial out, i cannot hear that beep sound when the call gets connected. I can see the LIVE CALL go green, but i cannot hear anything. Here is the CLI, please let me know what is an i missing. Please help. Thank You

Ok i think i have figured this out a little bit, but the problem still persist. It seems like a firewall issue. I have found this thread which i think is almost similar to mine:

http://www.eflo.net/VICIDIALforum/viewt ... e6a6f50ee7

I am connecting from outside my local network. When i try to connect from the local network, i am able to recieve and dial out calls without any issue.

I have opened UDP ports 10000 - 65000, TCP & UDP ports 5060 & 5070, but still i am not able to hear the lady saying 'you are the only person in the conference'. But, i am able to login to the campaign, and when i try to recieve a call on the campaign, this is the CLI i am getting:

This has been resolved. I reset the iptables everything seems to be working fine.
