No Live Calls

I have a server around 8 months old.

For the past few days , every now and then my 20 agents log in but realtime shows No live Calls.

I checked screens and all are running !!!

Once I reboot , it works...

Checked Local Lan and Carrier Entry also , Looks Ok...

When I try a Manual call from SoftPhone and also from the agent portal, it connects !!!

I tried repairing DB also... But didn't make any difference !!

Have you tried to click on the "+view more" option that is on the left hand side below "Leads in Hopper"? I have a server with similar symptoms...I can only see the number of leads being dialed if I select the +view more option.

Asterisk also doesn't show anything dialing !!!

Hmmm...thats strange! Maybe a backup and reinstall?

DELETE FROM vicidial_auto_calls where channel IS NULL

Once I run this Sql, All starts again.

But why calls are getting stucked and Status comes as XFER ?

check the leads that's causing this. I think this is a leads issue, wrong process of uploading leads. disable all leads and upload new ones.

I am using the same method of lead uploading for the last 4 yrs !!
