Move to new server - go autodial

Hi, I've got myself a new server and have installed the same ISO and build as the current one I have above. A beefier server I should say.

How best should I go about backing everything up and then moving it across? I saw there was a backup script in the ASTGUIClient folder which I've used. It generated a couple of TAR files.

How to then restore it back? and do I need to keep the same IP address or can I change?

Just some guidance here.
