help: data fetch problem in inbound call pop-up

while a call lands sometime some data from the "vicidial_list" is not shown in the agent window.
how to resolve this?
or where I have the problem?

what information is missing? is it always missing? the same information? have you upgraded since installation?

actually, sometimes the "comment" doesn't appear.
sometimes it comes.
but the good thing is, if for one number the "comment" appears after that for others inbound call the "comment" comes.

how to resolve this?

note: in the Database the "comment" is there, but after the hangup with no comment in UI, then also the database is flushed.

special characters in the comment field? language?

nope, in all the comment field same type of things and characters are same.

you may be surprised about that. do the same records fail to display in the admin "modify a lead" view? Or do they all work just fine there?

Post the content of one record that DOES display and one that DOES NOT. (Force close the browser to avoid making any changes to the record if possible, so you can continually test the same record.) Get the content of the record directly from the database via phpMyAdmin or preferably directly from MySQL at the command line (to be sure the content is not being interpreted before display). Also: are these entries multi-line?
