I reinstalled goautodial and now it says carrier unavailable

[Oct 8 20:41:00] WARNING[25873]: app_meetme.c:2463 conf_run: Unable to write frame to channel Local/8600051@default-84d6,2
[Oct 8 20:41:00] WARNING[25873]: app_meetme.c:2463 conf_run: Unable to write frame to channel Local/8600051@default-84d6,2
[Oct 8 20:41:00] WARNING[25873]: app_meetme.c:2463 conf_run: Unable to write frame to channel Local/8600051@default-84d6,2

This is the case with two difference carriers that are both good as well as the dial plans. What do I make of this?

I reinstalled for the second time and still the same issue. Strange.. I installed goautodial and couls make calls. Had a few bugs so I reinstalled and then I have this issue. Does this mean anything?: On both the reinstalls that have the carrier-not-connecting-issue, I get this when trying to connect via ssh:

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
@ WARNING: REMOTE HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED! @
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING NASTY!
Someone could be eavesdropping on you right now (man-in-the-middle attack)!
It is also possible that a host key has just been changed.
The fingerprint for the RSA key sent by the remote host is
blah blah blah...

I know how to fix this but does the fact that this happened have anything to do with my issue? (probably this is only an insight into how little I know)

[root@go ~]# ping -c 4 216.239.51.99
connect: Network is unreachable

So I take it from this my server is not able to communicate with the Internet... Why?

Looks like your network settings hasn't been configured yet.
