Inbound Setup

Hi, I need some help about Inbound Setup. I am not familiar with the extensions, Inbound Settings and DID's. Can Anybody enlighten me up on this part? Ive read the Manual but still there are some thing else that is missing.

i see you posted a lot of information about your system. but you did not post the vicidial version with build. required. (on all posts)

also, you said something else is missing ... but did not describe what you have done so far, where in the manual you think information may be missing, or even which manual you are talking about.

nor have you described the "problem" you are experiencing.

would you care to enlighten us, so we can enlighten you?

hi

Explain little bit more on your inbound process

1. whether you want to land the incomming calls to agent (or)

2. you want to land to a IVR (or)

3. land to external number

The Vicidal Manager's Manual (available on EFLO.net, in both FREE and Paid versions) covers the routing of DIDs.

DIDs are routed to any of several destinations. Usually they are routed to Ingroups, and agents are assigned to Ingroups when they log in. Thus the agents get the calls from the inbound DID call through the Ingroup. DIDs can also be routed directly to an external extension instead, skipping the ingroup entirely. They can, of course, also be routed to Call Menus or Phones. But that's what the Manual is for! :)
