Lead recycling not working

HI ALL.
In a new installation i noticed that the lead recycling is not working at all.

even though it is active.

status in the lead recycling are:Rep(aswering machine)DROP;ERI; B;
Max attemnt are set to max 10.
Attemp delay:between 3000 and 6000 seconds.


List order is set to:RANDOM
I added the status put in the lead recycling into compagne dial status but in vain.
The reason i need the lead recycling is that we; most of thhe time doing predective dialing(adapt tapered) and thefore there is a lot of AM (answering machine) and most of the time anabling AMD


So i m in a desspered need .and i want the recycling to get to work.

i did 3 other vicidial installations but the is the first time i face this probleme.

Please i want a solution before next monday

turn off lead recycling and just add reset times for the list itself. set a filter to remove anyone NOT AM who has already been called today.

that will auto-redial all AM status hourly (if you reset the list hourly) without the confusion caused by recycling.

that's the beauty of the ability to reset lists at "preset" times right on the list itself. comes in very handy.
