Connection Timed Out Error - when I run command wget

I have been trying to download the ttyload-0.5.tar.gz using following command

wget http://www.daveltd.com/src/util/ttyload ... 0.5.tar.gz

but it is giving the following error

connecting to www.davltd.com|216.218.461|:80....failed: Connection timed out

It retrys for 20 times and just gives up

Kindly suggest

useing the following
Ubuntu Server 10
on Xeon Proceesor Server
with 8 GM RAM

OK. Ya got me. Why are you trying to download that package from that location?

Does this have anything to do with GoAutoDial? Considering that you are using Ubuntu and GoAutoDial is CentOS ... I'm thinking NO ...?

Yes I am trying to Install Vicidial on Ubuntu Server 10

1) This board is for "GoAutoDial" which is Vicidial on CentOS. (You may want to try the main support board instead of this OS specific one?)

2) WHY on earth would you be trying to install manualy on Ubuntu instead of using Vicibox 1.0.0RC2 (Ubuntu) or Vicibox Redux 3.1.12 (OpenSuSE) or GoAutoDial 2.1CE (CentOS) all of which will perform the full install for you?

3) Regardless of your answer above, please provide a link to the instructions you are using for Scratch installation (and the line/section you are in where you are having your problem) so others can "follow along" to help you out. Otherwise, we're likely to have no idea what you are doing and be ... vague in answering (because we're clueless!).
