No Answer AutoDial (Means)

Hi to all,

well i m facing one problem when i uploaded the leads it showing e.g 10000 numbers and when leads finished it shows maximum like 6000 numbers are (No Answer Auto Dial) can u please tell me what is the meaning of this no answer auto dial and what does it indicates.
