Vcidial report in the form of excel

Hi to all,
well i have one question when we see the reports of agents stats and vicidial reports in the vicidal how we extract or convert this report in the form of excel sheet.how we obtain the reports of vicidial in excel form.Waiting of your prompt reply. Thanks in Advance

Usman,
Which report are you referring to exactly? There are several that already have an option to download as a text file. You could then easily import that file into excel as a data file. For other reports you could copy the data into a plain flat file and then import into excel selecting | as the column separator.

I want to extract the Vicidail auto dial report.i have tried but i m unable to find the excel form or like download the list.will u please help me in this matter.

Well thanks for replying.I want to extract the VDAD stats i can see the stats in vicidial but how we extract in the form of excel.

i think cris is trying to ask "Post the URL for the page you refer to". This is a technical support forum. Technical details help get technical answers.
So: When you are viewing the data on your screen that you would LIKE TO HAVE in an excel spreadsheet, copy the URL from the web browser's address bar and paste it here ... we do NOT need the IP address or domain name, just the rest of it (strip out any user/pass information if it's in there! LOL)
