Agent not synchronicing witht the eyebeam

Hi to all,

well i install the Goautodial and configure all the things.when the login the agent it doesnt synchronice with the eyebeam and giving this error as mentioned below plz see and tell me what error indicates.Waiting of your prompt reply.

Hi
Check the sip registrations and peers also and check with your ISP provider for use TraceRoute

No audio format found to offer.

what codec are you trying to use?
