plz tell me about the music on hold.how we can set music on hold in vicidial or different music in vicidial server.What is the configuration of music on hold ?

You will find the information in Vicidial managers manual Admin - Audio store

I presume you mean for INBOUND calls. Since you are on version 2.0.5, you can set the MOH context in the ingroup. At that point you are using Asterisk's MOH ... and that is covered extensively in the asterisk documentation (be sure you look at the documentation for the version of asterisk you are actually using!)

Well Sir.I am not talking related to inbound MOH.When we are dialing predictive if we say customer to hold on and press HOLD through eyebeam.
Here how we can set the music when we are dialing via vicidial 2.0.5..How we set MOH in this.Waiting of your prompt reply.

IF eyebeam provides the MOH, you cannot do this in asterisk. then you'll have to discuss this with eyebeam.

But: IF you have the system set to provide MOH via asterisk when a client is on hold (or start using "Park" instead of "hold" as you should!), my original statement applies. I believe the Inbound MOH uses default, as does the "Park" and any other process that causes MOH in the system.

So learn to set up the asterisk MOH (or upgrade as the latest version of vicidial has more control over this feature).
