HELP!! Caller ID from Transfer call

Please Help me. I have installed Goautodial Version 2.1. and now we have an outbound account. we call the customer to make an appointment after that we transfer the call we are calling from philippines and we transfer the call to US.. is it posibble that when we transfer the call to them they will see the number of the customer on their caller id.

always post your Vicidial version with build (shown as version with build under the words "GoAutoDial" for some reason, but always post it when you ask a question!).

Also of note is that this question is not related to the installation package or skin/shell that GoAutoDial provides, so it may be better suited for the "support" board instead of the GoAutoDial board (perhaps a broader audience ...). I do not believe this functionality has been altered in the GoAutoDial installation process (although, the defaults could be different, causing this "feature).

Of course, the Vicidial Manager's Manual (available at the EFLO.net store) has a free version with 58 pages, so sniper is likely referring to the paid version. If you have it, please verify that it solved your problem. (For the next person to know that the manual has this solution!)

What callerid presently shows when you transfer the call? What method do you presently use to transfer the call? (exact button presses to transfer ...)
