When i hungup i can't call next number in campaign list

Hi at all. I'm Pasquale, italian software developer. First of all sorry for my bad english.

I have install goautodial-ce-2.1-final.iso on virtual machine with Asterisk 1.4 and no other extra software installed.
My configuration ( Phone, carrier etc. ) work correctly, i'm able to call manual destination or call from Campaign list.
I use Xlite 4.

My problem is:
When i call from a campaign list or manual dial, the call start normally, i can talk with my destination number, but when i hung up, i'm unable to call next number in campaign list because all button are disabled.

If it's necessary, i'm able to give you another information.
Thank's so much for anybody who can help me.

Hi,

Please check this bug fix issue link (http://goautodial.org/issues/27) this might help fix the problem you have encounter. :)

Hi. I realise this thread has been answered and I've followed the highlighted thread too, but I'm wondering if I could ask a really dumb question?

Is it possible to post a step by step guide to applying these patches? I've been put in a position where I needed to install and manage this system, but for the last 25 years I've been in the Microsoft (sorry!) camp with o knowledge of Linux.

Where I'm at is that I've done a clean install, created a campaign, created a list, imported leads, logged on as an agent with Zoiper installed, the client phone rings when I log in to say I'm the only person in the conference, dial the first number - hangup - fill in the reason form - then no next call is there. There are plenty of calls in the hopper and my problems follow the same as this thread.

If this sin't the place for this then please point me in the right direction. Many thanks in advance.

1. Download the latest attachment from http://goautodial.org/issues/27.
2. Unzip it to your GoAutoDial server (you should see "goautodial-agent" folder).
3. Move or copy the "goautodial-agent" folder to /var/www/html/

Note: Just overwrite all the files if prompted.
