Hi all,
I am trying to drop all the calls that are going into Answering Machine so that the agents wont get those calls. I edited [AMD] to [general] in my amd.conf file but not able to filter AM calls. So i am losing most of my leads ending in AM. Do i need to change any other thing? I have goautodial 2.2 installed.
Thanks a lot in advanced.

Hi,
You don't have to edit any config file directly when using vicidial all is done via Web GUI. All you need is to enable AMD in your campaign settings you can also search this forum on AMD this might give you some idea

Hope this helps.
