CRONTAB

hi

my fault is .. i log in as root to ssh terminal and put crontab -r ... i accidentaly enter it immidiately .... it erase everything

can someone help me to turn it back?

:(


im not getting any recordings now ... pls help me

Hi,

You can restore your crontab by.

1.Copy the crontab from other Goautodial server (crontab -l then copy).
2.Read this article http://www.houseoflinux.com/debates/how ... -crontab-r

Hi,

you can use text editor such as vi, nano etc or crontab -l or cat /var/spool/cron/root. copy then paste it in your empty crontab.

make a backup.

for some unknown reason, yet, mine got deleted. remember

also secure your server :)
