1) Welcome to the party!

2) when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3) Are these calls "inbound" or "outbound" or "outbound survey"?

If they are inbound ... you need to read the manual to complete your inbound setup. If they are outbound or outbound survey, you need to test this list with a "dial ratio" of ONE with a SINGLE AGENT and your own cell phone as the "lead" before you "go live". Testing is ... handy.

4) To get a server up and running, you should start at the beginning of the Vicidial Manager's Manual ... NOT skip any steps (even if you are sure you've done them or don't need them, do 'em anyway) until you get to the point that you have a running server or bump into a problem. If you bump into a problem ... tell us the page/paragraph and the problem and we'll help you muscle past it. 8-)

please read my post again. neither your kernel nor your "server model number" are particularly required, but other stuff is required (vicidial version with build) and helpful (such as the motherboard model number).
Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

and a more complete statement of your issue would be nice ... have you tested this dialer by dialing your own cell yet to be sure it works? have you completed the setup in the Vicidial Manager's Manual? (free download ... as mentioned above ...)

your response:

from today i have this issue

sorry, but i'm gonna need a little more to go on ... (not tryin' to be smart ... I'm just sayin' that you have given us little or no information regarding the issue ... I realize YOU can see the screens, and you know the setup, you know what you expect to see and where, and what you are seeing ... but all we know is "it dont work".)

ok, let's start here: are the "waiting calls" part of a survey campaign? are they inbound? outbound?

Progress.

You should never see any "calls waiting" in an outbound campaign.

Who configured your system for you?

If you did it yourself, have you tried creating a new campaign to see if the new one has the same problem?

I understood that. But you should never see any calls in queue or waiting on an outbound campaign unless you are running a "Survey" campaign or all your agents are already on a call.
