a question :

1. Can someone recommend me a provider that can handle INBOUND and OUTBOUND calls with the cheapest cost expenses.. with a maximum calls of 20 -30? (give me at least two choices)

2. (FOR INBOUND CALLS) Is it possible to do inbound calls from a server to another server? i mean if someone calls from server1 .. it will ring on the server2..and so the agents assigned on the server2 can pick up the calls?

if yes can u give me a suggestion?

Vicidial does this inherently when the servers are clustered. Vicibox.com's installation method will cluster during installation if you answer the questions properly (or you can use the Vicidial Multi-Server Manual we created a couple years go, works with Vicibox and GoAutoDial).
