I have set up DID, Inbound group and campaign to accept the "inbound group" When I set DID to go to exten, or vm, or whatever it works fine but when I set it up to go to inbound group the call just gets put on hold.

Spawn extension (default, 99909*9*, 2) exited non-zero on 'SIP/vitel-inbound-00001b00'

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

Perhaps you should have someone log into the InGroup in Question?

I am sorry I thought I had posted enough information. Single Server, No extra software or digium/sangoma hardware, 8 cores AMD, 8 gig mem, 300 gig raptor drive, goautodial I mentioned but it was from iso. not a cloud or virtual server, internet speed is 25 megs down and 10 megs up.

I was logged into campaign and it was set as inbound_man and on real time screen it shows status as closer and ready, it also shows the inbound call as "1 calls waiting for agents" and status as "live". I have a jpeg of screen shot but don't know how to upload to this post.

Did you selected Y for the Allow Inbound and Blended in the campaign

after enabling the Allow Inbound and Blended, go to campaing details screen
and at the bottom you have to select the ingroups "Allowed Inbound Groups"

submit.........

now go to user and enable agent choose ingroups.
Submit

now login as agent , you will be promoted to select the ingroup to take incomming calls

I was logged into campaign

but were you logged in to the INGROUP? (which is NOT the same thing as the campaign, even if you named them the same which is merely confusing and not helpful, LOL)

And did you read the manual for setting up your first ingroup? Without skipping anything?
