Dialing issue

Dear All,

I am getting issue on dialing. When p.d dials the number its gives this error.please tell me the error its from sip end or from my server end.

-- SIP/rizwan-08686250 is making progress passing it to Local/19054534432@default-423b,2
-- Got SIP response 484 "Address Incomplete" back from 85.195.94.163
== No one is available to answer at this time (1:0/0/0)

ask your sip carrier what it means. they are sending it to you.

Dear William,

We me dial these numbers by manual regsitering the sip in eyebeam call connects but when we dial these leads from p.d we are getting this error Adressess incomplete...i m unable to understand this error from p.d side or sip side..

As William said "ask your SIP carrier what it means..."
