How to move CBHold from Campaign A to Campaign B

Is there a way to move CBHold's from one Campaign to another?

Leads are not in "Campaigns". Leads are in LISTS.

LISTS are in Campaign.

So you change the ListID of the lead to a list that is in the other campaign.

Now ... WHY do you want to do this, how often, etc.?
