hi guys,
We have a 4mbps connection shared(data + voice) we do have qos to prioritize the voice on the vicidial dialer. When the dialer is not used, we have normal connection but during operations and we dial, after 1 or 2 hours of dialing we suddenly cant connect to the internet. but when we stop dialing, the connection turns back to normal. Could it be the dialer that kills our internal network?

You might be using bandwidth intensive codecs like G711 or Ulaw. Try switching to GSM or G729 in your GoAutoDial server.
