no "you are only person in conference" sound here

please help me.

I can log on to my agent gui and ring the phone as it is but there's no "you are the only person in conference" sound and it hungs up after 4 secs. and the no one in your session 860051 appears.

Any corrective measure for this?

Is the agent on the same network as the dialer? If not this sounds like a firewall issue. You might try switching the agents phone's protocall. IAX2 goes through firewalls much better than SIP.

firewall already disabled...

still got the same issue...

conference number can't be dialed as an extension number...

what should i do?

Have you tried IAX2 as the protocol?

what is the "exten context" and "phone context" in the phone account?

hi mcargile,

i found out that in updated goautodial ce 2.1 extensions.conf file the meetme line are not presently there (some few lines are missing)... the reason why the conference hang up after the agent log on to the web gui and incomplete the connections. ^_^
