No Live Calls

Anyone facing NO LIVE CALLS issue in GoAutoDial ?

Probably. Everyone with no agents logged in, no undialed leads, no functional carriers. Lots of reasons. What do you suppose yours is?

Perhaps you could describe the situation with a bit more detail.

Three agents logged in
More than 9000 leads are there
I have 4 carriers and all 4 carriers registers in asterisk
Internet is working perfectly

What can be the reason for no live calls?

And any command to restart the calls without rebooting the server?

Note :maximum time I see no live calls when 2 or more calls stretches more than 15 mins or so.

During this situation, are there leads in the hopper?

Are the "logged in agents" showing as READY in the realtime monitor?
