Real-Time Main Report (MM:SS) not running

Hi,

I'm new to vicidial and just installed one using the download ISO of GoAutoDial.

My issue now is on the Real-Time Main Report screen I can't seem to find the option if there is one to make the time duration (MM:SS) of each agents call status running or showing, I really don't know what you call that so just please correct me for it.

The specs of my system is my profile's signature...

It appears that I will be answering my question after all...

Found what causes it and it is due to the "system-config-date" which needs to be in-sync with your local time... :lol:
