Does anyone know how to disable transfer/conf beep when using the gui interface for Campaign? Thanks in advanced.

The beeps or chirps in the conference calls are generated with code.
Take a look at the enter.h and leave.h sounds as mentioned in the SCRATCH_INSTALL doc.
To remove the beeps or change them you would have to locate the code in these files, modify it, and recompile asterisk.
