autodial outbound broadcast campaign not working

I have need a message to be sent out to our customer base and I am trying to setup the broadcasting campaign. I have bought the managers manual and followed it and I have setup the campaign and put the
Answering Machine Message to my recorded message ID which is 85100003.
I have made a remote agaent and set the external extension to 8321. Now when I go to http://192.168.1.112/vicidial/vdremote.php and change the status to activate the status. Nothing happens.
I also have Routing Extension set to 8369 and Dial Method to Ratio
My campaign has the leads as it shows
This campaign has 1 active lists and 0 inactive lists
SHOW LEAD STATUSES IN THIS CAMPAIGN
This campaign has 32 leads to be dialed in those lists - HIDE
This campaign has 32 leads in the dial hopper

Click here to see a VDAD report for this campaign
Click here to see all CallBack Holds in this campaign
I also dialed manually to check the carrier side. What am I missing?
