Hi All;
I added DID and the DID extension is 5631031, then I searched at extensoins-vicidial.conf and extensions.conf, but did not find any thing related to this DID. So where this should be generated?

It could take up to a minute to write the configurations. You could also try going to
Admin - Servers - Rebuild conf files = Y
Vicibox 6.0.4 from .iso | VERSION: 2.12-538a BUILD: 160122-1401 | Asterisk 1.8.32.3-vici | 1xDB, 2xWeb, 7xPBX | Amfeltec Timers | Sangoma/Lyra AMD | Dell Hardware

DID configurations are never written to the dialplan, they are database only because the DID routing AGI script always reads from the DB.
