Goautodial + Limesurvey

Hi !

I have a question concerning limesurvey integration with goautodial. i Would like to know if it is possible to import some data from goautodial reports to limesurvey database. I think of data concerning calls and DIDs.

1) Welcome to the party ... (But with 143 posts, I would think you are aware of the next bit ... so I'll say it again to remind you):

2) when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

3) Before you say "but this isn't related to the versions ..." I'll remind you that some of this information is a requirement to get the FREE support on this board from the publisher of the FREE Open Source software you are using to make a profit. Then I'll remind you that much of this information related to Version can affect the response based on integration timing with which you may not be familiar that may already be done! (thus, you ask a question and supply this information to be sure to both get the best response AND help others who may have a similar query). Back to our regularly scheduled programming.

4) Of course it is possible to transfer any data from Vicidial into any other mysql based application. All you need is a "trigger" (an "event" that will cause the transfer ... like the end of a call, or a time of day or an administrator pushing a button ...) plus of course the data you want transferred and to where.

5) GoAutoDial is Not the "software", it is the "Installer". Vicidial is the software. In case you didn't notice the Logo at the top of this forum ...? And the site name "Vicidial.org"?
