3 way transfers - how to configure?

I'm hoping this will be a fairly easy question to answer and I'm missing something simple.

Very basic ViciDial 2.0 CE server running two campaigns of outbound adaptive dialling, one campaign requires calls to be transferred to a 3rd party after a few qualifying questions are asked, but the first party would like to remain on the call for anything up to a minute as a silent member. To break it down to it's simplest form:

1: agent calls client - client connects
2: agent then puts client on hold and dials third party (choice of four different ones, dependant on qualification measures)
3: agent un-holds client so client can speak to third party, agent still connected to hear both other parties, but not speak. (After a period of time, the original agent will disconnect and leave the other two parties live on the call still)

Can this be done?

Appreciate any help anyone can give :)
Steve

edit: small update to process

does very basic mean you don't know the version? LOL (I mess with everyone, really)

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

_________

Later versions of Vicidial have a consultative transfer option. But the question seems to be a transfer to an outside line, which is managed with 3-way calling and then "leave 3-way call". But this is based on your version of course. You HAVE read the Manager's Manual, yes?

Also of note: You do realize that you posted a support question in an ".iso install" board? (The support for VICIDIAL is in the Support board, the support for the Installer named GoAutoDial is here ... but is best used for questions relating specifically to GoAutoDial such as CentOS or installation questions or items pertaining to the GoAutoDial modifications/screens).
