Hi everyone,
I am using gouatodial CE 2.1 on an IBM Xeon sevrer with 8 gb ram. I have cretaed an inbound campaign(BLENDED) with on hook phones and next agent call: ring_all. It started to work when I added the entries of ring_all in extension.conf. My only problem is that my agents with on hook phones in my inbound campaign can not make manual calls.
From what I read in forums it states that I need to bring those agents into session by clicking on the 'ring' link on their screen but I don't find any 'ring' link.

So, please help me out with this as I have been searching for the solution for past two weeks.

Thaks in advance.

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600
____________

The "Ring" link on their screen will be in their phone (if they are using a soft phone). Before you use "on-hook", get your system working the regular way. Then converting to "on-hook" will be fairly easy. If you do not have your dialer working according to the basic instructions from the Free Vicidial Manager's Manual yet (from the EFLO.net store!), you will find that makes life much easier. Then modifying it slightly for the on-hook will be much more successful.

____________

Also of note is that you posted your question in the "Goautodial" installer board, when this was actually a Vicidial Support question. You may find that next time you get more of a response posting the support question on the Support board. Goautodial (and Vicibox) are just "installers" for the Vicidial software. Great for posting questions regarding the OS and/or installation issues ... but support on the configuration and operation/code of Vicidial itself is best handled in the Support board. FYI
