Custom Voice Recording

Hello guys can anyone help me? I am looking for a way to do 2 simultaneous recording of an ongoing call. one recording is via allforce and i am hoping to put an option to record the call at anypoint in the conversation. any suggestions on how can i implement this?

Honestly, I've never heard that question before. LOL

Have you tried pushing the record button on the agent interface to see if it will start a second recording?

once the campaign is set to all force recording the record button on the agent interface is non-responsive so it doesn't prompt a second recording of the same call. the purpose of the second recording is to just record specific durations of the call that is needed to tag something as validated call or such.

Sounds like a feature request to me!

You should post it in the feature request section, and in the Issue Tracker (and paste a link here!), and consider sponsoring it. I'm pretty sure Matt could make short work of it.

Likely even possible to "conference" an extension that would provide recording and then place the recording on the Lead record in addition to the allforce recording.
