Hi,
I've been trying to determine what causes this issue for two days now .
I have setup several inbound groups with remote agents on on-hook mode. Calls are being routed properly but for some reason call drop are not reflecting on the realtime report which before was working properly. I am sure that there are drop calls since i can see sessions overflowing to the in-group that is set to handle drop calls. Calls will be queued for 3 mins before being considered as drop. Total Calls and Answered Calls are being updated properly. I have even flushed the database and upload the default one incase i mess up something but result is the same.
Is there something that I might have overlooked resulting to this issue? Comment or suggestion?
Thanks in advance.

In Real Time options panel, did you set "Show Drop In-Group Row"?
Have you tested this in a control environment/situation? (IE: clean campaign, YOU call in and observe, hanging up at various stages to see what the lead status becomes and where the statistic shows up in which reports.)
