not dialing after dialing to a busy number

Hi All



I am having issues with GO AUTODIAL,

1) i set up my campaign method with ADAPTED_TAPERED for 1 agent only. The Campaign stop dialing when dial a busy number or a disconected number.
2) also i set up my campaign method with MANUAL for 1 agent only. the Campaign dial one number and after screen the info to the Agent and submit. never dial again.

How i fix these 2 errors?

Hi emel,

1.When you dial the disconnected number do you disposed the calls?
Have you check your asterisk terminal and look for the asterisk logs?
Post your logs here. This it a big help when yo want to troubleshoot whats happening in your dialer.
2.On your manual campaign did you noticed all the button turn all grey after you first dial?
try to check this link (http://goautodial.org/issues/27) if this fix your issue.

1) i do dispose the call and then the godial launch the next call. i see thru asterisk logs the busy if the call.
2) on manual campaign after i dispose the call the buttons turn grey and nothing happens.

You have to patch your agentUI and follow the instruction @: http://goautodial.org/issues/27
