Hi,

Have you try to follow the instruction in vicidial managers manual? (On tutorials E.Setting up ingroup point DID etc.)
Do you define your DID number in your Ingroup settings?

Hi,

I miss that one =), Anyway what context didyou use in your carrier settings? You have to set your context to trunkinbound.
Then edit your sip.conf change the context in general section to trunkinbound e.g.
[general]
;context=default ; Default context for incoming calls
context=trunkinbound

I have Entry like this :

Why getting error like this :

Hi,

Did you manage to sort this out? I have same issue and sorted mine one by adding this line

exten => _X.,1,AGI(agi-DID_route.agi)

in extensions-vicidial.conf under local server

Now I have another problem whenever I change any thing in carrier or campaign settings this line is removed and I have to add this again manually after every little change.

I'm hoping that someone can figure this out. I have the same problem too. It says the trunk is already stalled but when I try to make a call I had the same reply. Im hoping we can make it. I have no problem like this IN Elastix..help

Hello there, I'm hoping that you can help me with my situation right now. I have no problem contacting other extension no. My problem is I can't contact the local telephone or mobile phone(The message I pasted it below). As you can see it the extension already registered in the server as will as the sip trunk. I'm using vicibox 3.1.15 64 .What would be the possible cause of this? Hoping those of you who already solved this kind of problem can comment a little.Thank You

try to add this to your extensions.conf

i got the same issue last time

this would be because 00639166962508 did not match a dial pattern for any of your carriers. as a result, the system had nowhere to send your call. you must have a carrier "dial pattern" that matches numbers dialed. In this case, something along the lines of 0063XXXXXXXXXX may be appropriate (assuming you are dialing country code 63 with 00 in front to indicate international dialing).
