How to get Inbound DID information

Hi,

VERSION: 2.4-309a
BUILD: 110430-1642


Default Install from CD. No Special software or customization

I have three DIDs

0800xxxxxxx
0203xxxxx70
0203xxxxx71

All these are from one service provider and all are terminating to one inbound campaign.

When calls comes in I want to know which number is used to dial in 0800xxxxxxx, 0203xxxxx70 or 0203xxxxx71

I can see this info in vendor_id field.

Problem is when first call from any number eg from 07888xxxxx to 0800xxxxxxx vendor_id is 0800xxxxxxx
Now if same number 07888xxxxx call in using 0203xxxxx70 or 0203xxxxx71 vendor_id remain 0800xxxxxxx

I want to know if caller calls again on which number he is callings 0800xxxxxxx, 0203xxxxx70 or 0203xxxxx71

I tried my best to explain my problem.

create three ingroups for each DID's
the ingroup name will be displayed infront of the agent screen when a incomming call comes in

and since you can have all three ingroups in the same campaign, the agent experience will be no different (except you can now color code each one differently, yellow ... red ... green ... handy)
